SOLD - Sustainable Art Pendant from Upcycled "Chorus" Print plus Silvertone Chain - 22-05

Contact me (using my Contact form or emailing imagery@manscribe.com), about creating a similar piece for you. No two pieces from my art jewelry collection are identical. Even if I incorporated the same section of the same art print, the sealants, adhesives, and, where applicable, the resins I used play a part in the final visual appearance and texture. The effects are one-of-a-kind. But together, we can come up with a piece that will be uniquely yours.
This listing is for a single pendant (#22-02), 2.7cm in total width by 6cm in total length (2.5cmx5cm in image width and length). It is in shades of fuchsia, blue, and white, cut from an upcycled print of my mixed media painting, "Chorus." The cardstock is sealed with acrylic and installed between a glass cabochon and a silver-tone metal bezel tray. The three components are then combined with various adhesives. I actually love it when the adhesive becomes another medium of the piece and lends extra texture and dimension. No two pieces are identical, although I can usually find enough similarities with another piece to make a matching set, as with earrings or pairing with a ring. Most of my jewelry naturally coordinates, regardless of what mixed media painting they are taken from.
This pendant was sold with an 18-inch silver-tone chain.
Avoid Water
Due to the glues, sealants, and paper involved, these pieces aren’t “water-loving.” I discourage wearing them while bathing, swimming, or dancing in the rain. I have tried to use more water-resistant glues and sealants on the rings, because I want you to be able to wash your hands while wearing them – but it’s even better if frequent handwashers (like me – good for you) can remove rings first.
Single jewelry orders are wrapped in bubble wrap, sealed in a bubble mailer marked as fragile, and shipped First Class with a tracking number. Combined orders will be shipped Priority Mail with a tracking number.
Replacement Due to Compromised Materials
My jewelry products have their own replacement policy that is separate from art and photography prints. If one of my pieces falls apart or comes unglued, send me a photo to help@manscribe.com. Then, 1) if you’re attached to that specific piece, I can coach you on reassembly, if that’s possible, or 2) you keep your original purchase and I will ship you a replacement piece, as similar as I can find in my stock.
